Biographical Summary

I am an efficient and productive complex spatial systems scientist, with a Ph.D. from Purdue University, and a certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP). I work as a GIS Analyst with the County of Orange's OC Survey - Geospatial Services program, and my current works includes geographic information science, machine learning and deep learning in spatial systems, semantic networks, and computational social science activities.

I have proven and extensive expertise and deep research knowledge in natural resource management and policy, geographic and spatial systems, and computational analysis and programming. My diverse experience and competency includes administration and project leadership. I am very adept in scientific communication and collaborative project development, and highly proficient and skilled in many geographic, statistical and programming tools. My professional experience includes a wide array of accomplished teaching, mentoring and national/international public speaking experience.
